You may want to try using the Belden 89259 just as it comes off the reel. Just cut to whatever length you want, strip a little of the black jacket off, straighten out a 1/2" of the braid and twist together and solder to barrel of the RCA plug, then strip an 1/8" off the center conductor and solder to middle pin of RCA.

Now don't do it in that order ...just giving you the concept. It is a lot faster, easier, and cheaper. And it sounds almost as good (like 85%+). Frankly unless your stuff is really good, or you have a critical ear, or (especially) you have a lot of electrical/radio interference in your listening room I doubt you will hear a difference.

Give the cables some time to break in and for you to get used to the new sound. After a month or two put your old ones back in and see what you think.
