No, not at all.You actually don't rub the CD's between the aluminum foil. Just take a piece of foil, lay the CD on it, fold the foil over it so it is now a sandwich and then rub your hand across the top of the foil with the CD inside.
I believe it was Paul McGowan that originally posted this tweak. I was skeptical, but I tried it and it made an instant believer out of me.
