The biggest problem here may be your listening room- if it is very quiet you may be hearing normal system background noise that would be masked in noisier environments- like the dealer showroom. If it isn't audibly a problem when music is playing I wouldn't worry about it. A grounding problem is a possibility but not a likelyhood- that usually is manifested by hum, not hiss.
