Many things are much easier to do than the words make it seem...but like I said, I went the easy way and pulled the digital board...there is no particularly good reason to do that if you don't also use the ADC (like I do) and don't mind removing a bunch of stuff to make some room. A useful "advantage" to the way I did it, for somebody with a new/stock DI/O, is that you can keep it intact, and go back to the stock unit for comparison to have a good laugh and appreciate what you've done, a sanity check. Sometimes you need that, but this isn't the place for discussions on sanity.
