upon further review of past posts on the capacitative affect of having the safety-ground near the hot wire and perhaps being the reason why the inner shield being a floater and the wrap-around being the safety-ground on the Flavor #1 of Chris's recipe... i think now the better way to go is to mimick the same construction but use the the braid instead of the solid conductor wrap-aound wire...Humm, would i make matters worse by using copper braid instead of the solid-copper conductor for the safety-ground?
