Try the site below for another decent online tutorial. Personally I like a book. If you go down the home page at the site below there are three books mentioned (on left side of page) 1)"Basic Electricity", by VanValkenburgh 2) "Basic Electricity", by The Bureau of Navy Personnel (BNP) and 3)"Basic Electronics" also by BNP.All three are excellent. The Navy books are a revelation and are helping me a great deal. Very clearly written. The Navy electronics book spends considerable time with tube circuits.
If I lost all three I'd buy them all again.
Also, if you are into tubes, I recommend the Morgan Jones book on tube Amplifiers. The first 60 pages is a chapter called "circuit analysis" and it really is an outline of the fundamental electronics/electricity he thinks are most important to tube electronics. It is too dense for a beginner to swallow (at least me)but was (and still is) very helpful as an outline as you wonder just what is most important to know and generally how it applies to tube circuits. Rest of the book is excellent too.
