At risk of creating great confusion, I do NOT recommend that you use a 2SK213 as a solution. They are relatively noisy and require forward bias. I have used many thousands of them over the years, and I have the test equipment to measure them as well. They are marginal in performance. Either find a compound solution, or find some really special parts. Life is NOT always easy ;-) I wish you well.I have not seen or heard the noise...But I'll take your word for it
Yes, the forward bias .... Everything is not right @ 0v @ the input
What did you use the 1000's for ? ...... :)
So far I'm OK @ Vcc=36V .... Just trying to be proactive ... thanks
