Yes, I'm seeing what you mean. I'll probably go with the 2sk213 if I need to "scale up" to those voltages. They seem to perform about the same. I just like the depletion mode hookup. I tried some depletion mode mosfets and they were ridiculous. The most non-linear devices I ever could concieve of........OK for switching I guess. Thank You.
