Why build 2? Why not just use branches and isolated outlets in the 1? Take a look at the Reviews section and read through Lukasz's review of Jon's conditioner. He describes how you can easily have multiple and isolated outlets within a single conditioner box. But you may want to use Jon's recommended parts instead of Lukasz's substitutions, if possible.I found the biggest improvement on source components, and a loss of dynamics whith my amp plugged into the JRPC. Others have not noticed any change in dynamics on their amp - YMMV.
I can handily recommend incorporating Jon's digital filter design (using Rat Shack transformers) into a dedicated "digital" outlet on your conditioner.
