I'm thinking about constructing at least two of Jon Risch's power conditioners. According to Jon's documentation I need to construct separate units for the power amp (B&K Ref7250) and my other components. I am not sure how to deal with my AVR202 receiver. I am only using it as a processor so its current draw should be less than if was using the amp section. Can I use the same power unit for the AVR202 as I use for the power amp, do I need to construct another unit to separate it from the power amp and the other components, or can I power it with the same conditioner as the CDP? Does anybody have any experience on totally disconnecting the amp section inside the receiver?I could scratch build them or just buy the kits. I usually do a fairly complete investigation before I buy anything audio, so does anybody have any pics or instructions of the kit?
Thanks
Gene
