The little I could trawl from the net was that they are (4ns) extremely fast, response diodes. In most cases there are two in series the the circuity ~ !Mystifying! ~
So I'm now wondering why are they in the circuit? Logic in a pre-amp circuit? Fast acting shunt/regulation??
