Yeah, those 1LE3s love to sing! With the low power (they don't even seem to get warm) we're trying a sealed glass envelope and contrained layer dampening of the socket sub-plate - yak! this is getting complicated.Yurp, that link should slow anyone down - 50kHz square wave generators associated with my AUDIO equipment? 8 gates? No, thanks. I'm sure there are less complex ways to implement such a thing - I had a Philips GA222 turntable back in college that used 'em - but that would require me to be more energetic than taking the first link... hrm, Friday afternoon - I'm supposed to be working, right?
