Are you kidding? The TLO71 is the grandfather of IC's. You could replace it with an OPA627AP to get back into the modern world. And the 5534 with any number of good duals. My current favorites are the OPA2132 and OPA2134. The OPA2132 is unity gain stable while the OPA2134 has to have a gain of five or more. Then you can do the power supplies and de-coupling. I like to use 1000uf> and a .1 at all the power pins. Look close at your PCB, how close are the voltage regulators from the circuit? How much main filtering does it have? If your using that phono stage then for sure try and match all your R's and C's! There are always things to do, try studing your unit and really see what things are doing and you'll start seeing things to do. Good Luck, bobwire
