This is what I use by default on low-powered, vacuum tube amps at my house, although I use twinned CAT5 on the big gun 2A3 amps (3.5 wpc!) in the living room. I also use single runs of Cat 5 (all solids twisted together for +, and all stripeys for -) as internal cabling for speakers.Still using 16-ga zip cord on the big ss amps whenever I actually listen to one.
