It says GMC on it (6A 125V). It's a small size (a mini) with a glass body. I was told by Allied that the part # would be "GGM6", but I'd have to meet their minimum order of $25 plus shipping. I did find an electronics shop that had 6A 250V written on the box, so I picked them up - only to find that the actual fuse had 6.3A on the end cap.Thanks for your help.
