Hi Russ,
thanks a ton. I can run a cable from my neighbours house and make all the measurements you mention.
In Germany we have (should have) 3 phase, 230V, phase to ground. Phase to phase 400V.
If I see a difference between houses, I can leave the measurements of the 65 amp fuse inputs to the electric company. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing with 65 amperes to prove you wrong! Not the way I'd like to solve my problem.
