I have A/V preamp (with DTS/DD5.1 decoder) with cooling fan. the noise fan pretty bother me, I would like to get rid of it. The Cooling fan is with three wire, and plug-in connector. First thing, I am sure without cooling fan, the unit could be fine. Then I unplug the fan's connector from PCB. But it does not work properly, that means, after I turn on the unit about 10 sec, the unit is turned off again. Anyone know how to tweak the circuit, to keep the power on without cooling fan connection.
thanks

- I agree - a variable resistor should do the trick, or... - Dubious 10:59:29 03/15/02 (1)
