Yes, but why on earth would you scale your source impedance up to match your load impedance like that? If you keep your source impedance as low as possible (1k or less) then driving higher load impedances has only a negligible effect on absolute low frequency response, even with output transformers which have much lower primary inductances than input transformers.
I've used the 11-DMCF into loads as high as 50k driven by sources of several hundred ohms without any significant effect on low frequency response.
