KP,If you run four dedicated OR multi-outlet branches, OR any number for that matter, you must run a ground for each branch coming off the breaker panel. If the panel is grounded then there will be a BUSS BAR under the breakers - hot, a Neutral terminal bar for the whites and a Ground terminal bar for the Greens.
The only shared ground allowed is on a 120/240 or 240. as these branches have a double pole breaker(2)brekers attached.
