If you ever get the chance, you might want to try to add some roller bearings to the mix. You can search this forum for "Econo" bearings, which will cost ~$1.25 for a set of 3. Rollers will make an even greater improvement than the air bearing alone. In combination however, they compliment each other providing seismic isolation in multiple axes.
All components I've tried this under show audible sonic benefits, even my Monster HTS-2000 Power Center. CD players seem to reveal the benefits the most easily.
