It looks as if you did the calculations correctly and then wrote down the wrong answer.
R1 = 10K
R3 = 8.45K (not the 84.7K you wrote down)
R4 = 20KBy the way, are you sure you want to have a gain of 2? That will give you a peak level of 3.4v out, which is a bit on the high side. The "standard" CD level is 2.0v and many people find that to be too high a level. I find that the a gain of 1 works fine in my system.
