Put an small plastic capacitor
parallell over feedback resistor (goes from output to inputstage)
220pF or 470pF
See if it gets better
if so you have found that amp was unstable.
Then try to lower the value of plastic capacitor,
until amp begins to oscillate/be unstable again.Then choose a final capacitor 1.5 x value when it
started oscillate, approximative, these values
do not have to be exact.Amp can also begin to be unstable when connecting
Loudspeaker, Then you must put a Zobel-filter,
parallell to LSP.
I think you know about those. One resistor+one Capacitor in series.
