In audio, tweaks do not have to make a huge difference to be worthwhile. I hear a consistent improvement when using Optrix and I don't have any business connection with them or Mapleshade. Have you tried any of the ones you listed? And no, JA never answered me, but I noticed that the Raintinge ads are gone in both Stereophile and TAS. So maybe it just took awhile to remove them.
