Hi Dave,1) The bisquit will not be exposed by a 1/2" radius edge rout if you are using #20 bisquits (the large ones) and you center the bisquit in the 3/4" MDF. Set the plunge depth about 1/32" deeper than half of the biquit width.
2) You can either make some custom clamping cauls with a 1/2" radius cove bit (the opossite profile of the roundover bit) and clamp these over the venier on the radius to hold it down untill it dries,
or
use a lot of 2" masking tape over plastic wrap (so glue won't stick tape to venier) to hold the edge down while glue dries.
or
use peel and stick venier and use a J roller to get a good bond with the MDF.3) I would use biscuits on any braceing in the plan that will allow it. I also like to use narrow crown staples where applicable in MDF.
The glue is what will hold it together eventually use plenty. I have had excellent results with Franklins Titebond II for years. You can even get it at Home depot these days.
Good luck,
Gene
