I had a few questions on speaker building and I'd appreciate any help ...1. I'm using MDF and want to round the vertial and top edges with 1/2" radius. I have a biscuit joiner, do I have to worry about the depth of the joint ?
2. Once rounded, I plan on wraping veneer arount the front of the cabinet and using a solid top. How does one insure that there are no gaps in the radiused area after the veneer is wrapped around ?
3. Is there a big advantage for using screws instead of nails for the brace joints ?
Thanx
