I am interested in comments from people who have built Walt Jung high performance regulators as per instructions in Amateur Electronics (1995 issues). Are the regulator circuits easily implemented? Did anyone compare them to the standard adjustable regulators.(LT317 and LT337) I am considering on trying them in a pre-amp and dac which already use the adjustable and fixed regulators.

I also believe there was a recent article with changes on the original circuit which I have been unable to find. Information on that article would be greatly appreciated.
