With my (used and modified) Dynaco ST-70 I replaced all of the crappy 22AWG solid core internal wire with Kimber's TCSS (which I happen to have a lot of from years of experimenting) and noticed a very positive improvement. Despite this I'm still tempted to rewire it again with solid core silver wire. The madness never ceases!
