Pin 9 is 11.xxx Mhz clock output, goes to SAA7210 if installed in the player.Ryan, which TDA1541 are you using ? The TDA1541, TDA1541A version or TDA1541A-S1 version ?
One can also experiment with asynchronous reclocking at pin 4 with a seperate low jiter clock module with its own power supply.
I also remember something about the TDA1541 being sensitive to vibrations, mass loading it with lead bitumen or plain lead might give some more improvements.
