It have 2 kinds of L-cancellation.
For single supply. Both caps are connected in parallel but alternate the long and short pin.
For +/- supply. Both caps are connected like series. Long leg is connect to + and - and both short leg are connected to ground.
This technique can be applied to any of BP caps which be identified inner and outer foil such as Cerafine and some Nichicon.
I experiment them in any position in PS chain. It have heavy effect in first PS filter, background noise reduce significantly but almost no different in de-coupling job.
Try search the US Patent. It have explaination how it work. Rubycon's research staff is inventer and own the patent. If my reminding correct.
