I have a question that this group could probably answer. I have built a passive pre with a stepped attenuator. I just bought an ACI Titan 2 subwoofer to try out and hopefully end up keeping. With the Titan 2, I ordered a high-pass filter and a signal splitter. Will that work ok with the passive pre? I know I should keep the cable length as short as possible, but will splitting the signal and passively filtering it cause any load problems/squashing of dynamics cause any problems with my passive pre? How long can my cables realistically be?Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Greg
