Hihave a LOOK here
www.thunderstoneaudio.nav.to
I have these ("David/Jericho´s") at home
This is as close as it gets on the net, afaI came
I like them a lot, have them at home
Know that this is hard to do- I can go in Details, just contact me privately
BTW according to several highly involved listeners, the Watt6 and its Puppy is a tribute to Marketing soundwise, the Watt3 clearly preferable
A while ago, the original CA17RCY could be ordered at Zalytron.com
I have ordered them, even though I am from Germany-... and visited Eliot Zalyete soon in Long Island, very nice guy anyway (I am very thankful because of the great service, and the opportunity to get this driver)
However, the CB17RCY works too, so you can rely on the schematics on the referred page, whaqtever you use (CA17RCY is a drop-in)
The watt series resistor has been set to 6.6Ohm, 3.3 Ohm in the original I think, but the different cabinet/crossovercomponents really seem to make a rebalancing of the tone necessary with this speaker, as diy has limits somewhere (e.g. corean cast cabinets -)
Regards from Munich
Philipp
