Didn't buy the box, but got the parts sets from Richard Parker. I have to say, that Richard is the best source for the inductors. He ships quickly and, after my experience with him, wouldn't hesitate to send a check, in advance, for his filter sets. He apparently bought a number of parts as a minimum order from ? Mouser ? and now needs to sell them off. If you are considering buying the parts, please consider their availability from him. He's a reliable source. I plan to order another two sets fairly soon.
My first filter is used on an ARC LS25, and gave me an obvious improvement after 8-10 hours burn in time. The next filter will be for the digital components in my system.
Did anyone else find that the capacitors took a while to form? In my case the sound just suddenly opened up and sounded much more coherent with a darder background and less tizz on top.
