Thanks a lot for the information. And there's another thing: I've recently bought an LC meter and measure the former caps(original ones). I made a comparison between the pairs (R-L channels) they measured almost perfectly identical, however this is not the case with Solens. This may be contributing to the problem. By the way Ansar Supersounds i had ordered just arrived. Let me try them and will post the results.Audioengr suggested playing with the resistors in series with the caps. He thinks slightly increasing the values of series resistors may compensate the decrease in ESR due to polypropylenes. I have no idea about the order of magnitude of ESR. Could it be in the order of ohms?
