I have discovered the output bias voltages creeping up,
Seems to be creeping 1mv/hr.
the spec is 10mv, for the current adjustment.
I am thinking first to replace 1K trimmers.
They both are very touchy.
The channels seem to be moving in lock step together.
That seems odd to me.
Heat sink is cool to touch.
Could this be a case of thermal paste breaking down?
Amp is 47 years old.
Should there be diodes pasted and bolted to the heat sink?
I have not taken anything apart yet.
No speakers connected, input is aux, Vol zero.
Speaker switch is on "A".
Ideas?
Advice?
