Boutique label capacitors are not necessarily built to the same exacting standards as commercial or military parts. Just looking at the Obligattos you can see they put a lot of effort into making them look good, but you can't see what's on the inside. There are still Russian KBG-MN capacitors on epay, but stocks are dwindling as they have been the highest quality for the money for a long time. You might try them if you can find the correct values.
