Recommend good TO220 thermal pads

I want to buy some thermal pads for mounting 5W TO220 Mosfets - stuff like TIP122 etc.
Looking for a robust material that's completely isolating, at least 1.1W/m-K Thermal Conductivity.
I'm in the UK so ordering from Farnell/RS etc.
Right now thinking of Bergquist e.g. K-4, K-6, K-10. Looking for quality and value......
