It doesn´t seem to be a grounding problem, but noise from components or, more probably, caught by unused inputs.
Try shorting unused inputs -I remember there was something on this less than one month ago, in this same forum; anyhow, try using shorted RCA in any input you are not using -never short outputs! and let´s know what happens.
