Thanks for the pointers. Like you, I think I would be tempted to oversize the holes. But with your comments in mind, I'll try to restrain myself.I do plan to make it a bit larger than the recommended size. The 777ES and other equipment I'm thinking about appear to take up quite a bit of shelf space.
