Hi Allan -I looked at Wavetool - you'll have to do a search - it has a small window spectrum analyzer with 43Hz resolution, pink and white noise file, a sine generator and it seems to be 'free' - it might work OK for the mid and tweeter stuff and I think you would just get a cheap cord with one RCA plug on one end and the stereo plug for your computer's sound card input on the other and use your RS meter - you can't run the generators at the same time as the spectrum analyzer but you could get a 1/3 octave test CD. The range of the graph is adjustable.
Might not be like the fancy $149 program but may do just fine.
