All the above is good but not enough in itself. Try doing more up front. start by filtering the power to the laser unit, its +5V so a few extra caps of large value are easy. Next change those 47Uf caps for something bigger, like 1000uF. If you can put the RF from the laser unit on coax. In front (before) the DAC is a large IC that does most of the digital processing. Put large caps on it! See how it sound now! Good Luck, bobwire
