In Reply to: How to strip and resolder tiny signal cables? posted by The Decameron on May 28, 2014 at 11:48:48:
Keen eyesight is vital when stripping insulation from delicate conductors. I had to use a single blade razor with a finger & fingernail as a cutting board to first score one side of a tiny flat conductor, then line-up the other side of the flat conductor in order to meet-up with the scoring. Then I had to use mini-pliers to pull-off the insulation. I did not expect to be successful at doing such for 16 conductors without a hitch, but no problem.
