but for the selling price of even the small Newmar 12v power supply, it better be pretty good!! At that price range ($350-450) you can buy some of the very well-regarded Paul Hynes or Teddy Pardo units that are custom-made for audiophile use.
I recently substituted a cheap $25 regulated liner power supply for two SMPS power supplies in my electronics chain and have been pleasantly surprised by the change. I am considering the Tripp-Lite unit you like, which is certainly very affordable, but am wondering if there is a sort of "intermediate" solution between these $25-50 units and the high-end Newmar/Pardo level ps, say in the $100 range. Anu thoughts or suggestions that doesn't involve diy?
