What are you guys using for internal wire?

My solution has been to use cheap twisted pair interconect as a source for small color-coded wire. I had some old ones laying around, but they are about used up. It seems stupid to buy an interconnect just to tear it apart. Where are you guys getting your internal point-to-point wire?
