It depends on the way your turntable is supported (sprung vs rigid chassis), your floor, and also the way the rest of your components are supported.
Spikes couple, vibrapods isolate, and both approaches will sound different. Some people have a preference for one and some for the other so there's also an element of personal preference.
You'll need to try both in order to find out which works best for you.
