I only have a single minor criticism. I won't question your results but rather method.
You apparently changed a bunch of things at once.
If This is right? How do you tell the various effects apart?
Even though I am a notorious cynic, I AM curious about antistat foam.
I know it would have been about 20x more work, but 1 mod-at-a-time would allow you to hear the help each change gave you........
