Hi, acording to music direct and others who have blown exact value fuses, They recommend a slightly higher fuse value because the Hifi Tunning fuses blow at exactly the value stated on the fuse and no higher. They claim the stock fuses may blow at higher value.For example a 1.0 fuse may blow at 1.6 because they are'nt manufactured with as close tolerances as the Hifi tunning. If I had to choose a higher value as close as the one you stated I would. You should be fine. Go to the Music direct web site and you can read this for yourself to feel safe.
