Shiva Mk III 12 driver replacement? Repair?

My subwoofer driver is shot, I think. I thought it might be a bum interconnect but it does not change when wire is jostled. I switched amps to check if it is the channel rca on the subwoofer out, it is not. Same fart fart sound. I ran my right front channel through the subwoofer and the low freqs still made fart fart sound, only on low freqs.
So, can this be fixed? If not I'll need a replacement for my Adire Shiva 12" driver. Who makes something similar?
