Space will not allow this. However, I did place small rubber O-rings between the screws and bolts, but that did not seem to make a difference.
I may be able to wedge some sorbothane or rubber fotters between the chassis and transformer. What about heat from the transformer? Will it melt the sorbothane or rubber?
