My favorites are the Caddocks. They have several TO-220 style ones which go up to 50W (MP850). My favorite is the MP820, but you would need three in parallel. I'm not sure how 3X MP820 would sound as compared to 1 MP850.
I've used the MP820s a lot in electronics with very good results.
You DO need heatsinks with them if you are going to run them greater than say 1 Watt.
