Furutech FI-50 vs. Oyaide M1/F1

Reposting on Tweakers' asylum (from cable asylum), hoping for further replies....

I am using a couple of Acoustic Revive Powermax 8800 cables, one terminated with M1/F1, and one terminated with P/C004 with a little mod (more below). Both are working wonderfully with my Accuphase pre-power and have replaced Cardas GR and XLO limited cables. Now that Acoustic Revive just launched the new Powermax 10000 cable, I might get a couple of metres to try (likely replacing the set with the P/C004. I am also interested in the Furutech FI-50, but don't know if the "upgrade", if any, would be worth the money. It seems that not much comments have surfaced since the very early days of launch of the Furutechs. What are the current thoughts on them after all these days on the field (particularly with reference to the Oyaides)?

BTW, I "modded" my 004s by wrapping them with Oyaide's MWA sheets, which offer RFI shielding as well as some damping. (See Pic) Background gets "blacker" as a result. The semi-transparent white bands are fo'q damping strips. I eventually removed them as they seem to have overdamped the sound. I never A/B'd the cables with the M1/F1 and 004s (I don't have enough idle cables), but swapping their positions does not change the sound much, which leads me to think that they should sound quite similar now.
